TheMumbaiSpirit

Neither nor , or do either
can let me down.
Even if I, I will look up
up to the life
to live by it
With promises to keep,
and to stand by my words.

LovedAndLost

Loved And Lost

I said
Yes
She said
No
it wasnt good
And
I gotta go
With all
sheer
& shear
& trumble
& fear

Too hard
I tried
& I cried
& I Died

Still I do
what I do
the best
I love
and I care
with all
Affection
I do dare

Looking
to her
in eyes
I will smile
will try
to make
her feel
good
for life
or jus
for a while

Now
If u
wanna know
what it
means
or what
it takes
to scramble
words
loose ur heart

But
watch it
it
may be
painful
..may be
as
for me
it still
bleeds
smtimes

AamirKhan

Aamir Khan ??!!  What ?? you r planing to blog him ??!!
Is he worth it ??!!

Well , I believehe is. I feel he is worth an hour of mine.
And why not if I can let our ideal-ministers occupy my time.
Then Wht Not Aamir.

Lets make a flashback <<<<<<<<<

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

etc ...etc...

Donn you ppl feel he is happening ??
Ofcourse he is, and for all right reasons.

I have a very strong feeling, tht Aamir, the perfectionist, has got a very large and
significant fan following. This is significant, becoz his fan following is due to his 'No-Nonsense' attitude. And I also understand why he keep himself detacched from politisizing issues. Simply bcoz it dosnt helps.

I remmbr when he gets in for NBA, all for favouring ppl who suffered. But as
a 'party-with-no-issue' BJP tried carving out an Issue out of it. Let the politicians
be alone, how can even few ppl agree to join these so called protest demeaning
their own family and counrymen.

All of a sudden, BJP which has skipped the social and moral  classes of theirs
came out with a formula.. let Aamir say sorry.. n blah blah.
Aamir.. n Sorry .. to whom n for what fault ???
Mr Malhotra I feel U and ur team need to get ur lessons straight.

I donn wann to get personal, but when the hell these ppl going to uderstand tht thy are wasting my money and my time. When when when ???!!!
Now here is the point why am bickering all this. thy are eating me out..these ppl... these politicians.. evn my friends smtimes.. thy get into debate.. thy get into making judgements.. all for nothing! ppl ppl plz stop all this.
The funniest goes, the question was why aamir getting into NBA ( I didnt asked he actually started all by himself).. n my fried said "arrey woh hai na Kiran" he continued, "I am sure she has asked him to go ahead". F**K .
And here comes another , "RDB.. .. he is promoting it all for earning few more fans" . BullS**t !!

Common I cnt understand this. If smone dsnt do smthng..ppl hav problems. And thy hav the problems evn if smbdy does it. WHAT A HECK !!
I am afraid if we as citizens of the democratic state of India practising self desctruction. Thr are a lot many things we need to discuss and work thm out.

PEOPLE ARE YOU LISTENING ???!!!!!

Subhash Srivastava

This is a piece of NEWS I suspect if its authenticated !!!

"Hi Friends, Sorry for giving you all a very bad news, it may be one of the worst news after the Independence. Subhash Srivastav an AIIMS student died at 6:44 pm on 20/05/2006, because of hunger strike protesting against reservation. Media is not allowed to cover it. Please pass this to all and help not to let down his sacrifice"

DID YOU PUT AN EFFORT TO CONFIRM THIS, BEFORE PUSHING IT FURTHER ?? !! It SEEMS SMBDY IS AWAITING ONE MORE Rajeev Goswami !!

This is the one message which is being circulated / forwarded at a lightning frequency. Whether. Its SMS/ eMails /verbal. No doubt everybdy is concerned abt the 'QUOTAs' . Its a sensitive subject of high relevance to current and future generation of India. I donn need to mention all this. Its all very much said and written.

BUT We ppl must understand that its a burn-ur-hand hand issue. Remember the unfortunate young Rajeev Goswami the one who scummbed to this cause way back in 1990. I was in Jr. School yet I remmbr the whole of the city youth crying foul on the roads. Putting their dare across the system.

BUT AS A FACT, NOTHING HAPPENS.. and NOTHING WUD HAPPEN.
BECAUSE VOILENCE ISNT THE RIGHT APPROACH..It nvr was !!

Lets not forget the emotional equation of Indian youth remains the same.
Lets put an effort not to repeat Sep 19,1990 again !!
Please avoid forwarding ne such NEWS bfr authentication.

Main_Manager_Banana_Chahta_Hoon

"Main Manager Banana Chahta Hoon"

This, I am starting as a all fresh comments, inputs, experience, bit-nonsense, cruelsm smthngs I came across, still crossing, n will have to cross over to make it what I aspire for. Here you will find my very own, very true bits n tits I met out on my way to Manager.

Q1 Why do you wan ot be a manager,Mr Navneet ?
Res.: "Some times a horse has to do what a horse had to do".
Seriously, I am simply listening to my guts.

Q2 What the basis of your decision ?
Res.: It starts from A - Ambition, F- Frustration and Z - Zeal.

Q3 Why you always answer in a vague manner ?
Res: Bcoz I think much faster than I can speak.

Q4 Well, How was your experience for last couple of months, after you loose your job ?
Res: Firstly, I didnt loose my job, it was a very much a thought in action, thou not very well planned. Secondly, experience however it maybe makes you learn smthng. I have seen dissatisfaction, hate, sense of mistrust, over smartness, unhappiness and most absurdly BLANK ! reactions. I am okay with ppl being mean , but I jus feel pathetic for ppl thinking CHEAP and evrybdy arnd accepting it very happily, espically ppl who think thy are 'it', but lemme tell u one thing... in my job experience of over 2.5 years with a giganatic company... the only thing BIG was the name. I have observed a 360 degree changes in behaviour.
I wud like to add a line d dear friend fwded to me long back; "Donn die for a company, it wonnt stand by you if u r dead". Really thts true. Evrybdy has own perception of events.

Q5 So, you are not happy with people....
Res: Not exactly, I am very fond of my friends... from L&T n personal.. thy stand by me.. guide me ... debate with me on a decision.. n thts a vice versa phenomenon as usual. Thy are my building blocks. Ajit, Brij, Murali, Het, Rajiv, Harish.. so many r thr. Thy unintentionally add on values to me.. n thts a wonderful feeling.

Q6 And how r u handling ur finance ?
Res: Well, 'am almost left with nothing to handle any as of now... (flashes a witty smile). No regrets neways.

Q7 Ok, ne thing u wann add?
Res: Its not that a company is BIG, Its the ppl who make it BIG !. Its high time tht management ppl in IT, in fact all industries for tht matter, shud start implementing the horizontal work culture instead of jus preaching out. If a child cudnt speak out to his/her guardian then its more of a guardian's mistake. N very similar goes to a mnager n his ppl.

to be continued... aaahhh like smone cares ;))

Seduction

Seduction

Its something tht makes us go wild .. n blue ..n red

Its the perception tht makes the difference.

Abt the pic: Its a BEAUTIFUL piece of art from a friend studying arts in UK. I find it pretty interesting and abstract. Apart from the subject the theme in particular has got a appeal moulding creativity.. Isnt it so beautiful !!
I can visualize an angel in the forefront with her guards down ...maybe trying to convey the acceptance .. or maybe she is trying to reflect the beauty of the backdrop ..Or is she talking abt 'the heaven n the hell'

Donn miss out the line I carved out.

RangDe

Was it Ram or wasnt it ?

Even if he didnt uttered Hey Ram.. how does it makes a difference to anybdy ??!! Atleast it doesnt makes any difference to me. People preach.. n they will.. ppl write n let thm... ppl cry so let thm... lets tell thm in-the-face we donn giv thm a damn. If u cant paint it yellow.. plz donn paint it black.

economic and business

I ordered a rum and Lehar Pepsi for him, a rum and Thums Up for myself...
Last night, at the press club bar, the distinguished economic and business correspondent was holding forth on the budget. I ordered a rum and Lehar Pepsi for him, a rum and Thums Up for myself, and asked: “What do you think of the budget?”
The distinguished correspondent downed his rum and Lehar Pepsi and said: “The expansionary impact of the surge in the fiscal and revenue deficits juxtaposed against the injection of demand into the budgetary restructuring could regulate the real economy in both the industrial and agricultural sectors of the new investment climate.”
“Is that good?” I asked, ordering a whisky-soda for him, whisky-water for myself.
“That is bad,” he said, drinking his whisky-soda. “It is dependant on the budgetary impact of the positive assumptions of double digit inflation for the supply aspect to respond to the demand stimulus of the macroeconomic policy of the fiscal fine tunings in its social dimensions.”
“Is that bad?” I asked, ordering a vodka and orange juice for him, vodka on ice for myself.
“That is good,” said the correspondent. “A degree of cautiousness on the rationale of the extension of the rupee convertibility for the global conglomeration of the MODVAT scheme in line with international market forces has revived the ailing capital goods industry as per the graduated cuts in customs and excise duties in the domestic stock market.”
“That’s good!” I said, ordering a gin-tonic for him, gin-bitters for myself.
“That’s bad,” he said. “The management of the price situation and reversionary impulses for the global economy requires a reorganisation of the supply front and flexibility in reserves for conscious plan outlay expenditure control for high programme deficits of an inflationary spiral in order to contain the deficit at Rs. 6,000 crores, given the pulls and pressures of the polity.”
“That’s bad?” I said, ordering a chilled wine for him, a room temperature wine for myself.
“That’s good,” said the correspondent. “The substitution of specifics by ad valorem provides a budgetary bonanza of fiscal options that compute tax loss tariffs for a fuller convertibility on current account, making it financially accountable to the trade for invisibles in the book balance statements and shifting the tax burden of post budget trading to investors. That, of course, is the soft option which expects the BSE sensitive index to cross the magical 10,000 index mark for improved sentiment on the capital market.”
“Is that good?” I asked, ordering two beers, his with 7.8 per cent alcohol content, mine with 3.5 per cent.
“It’s bad,” said the financial correspondent. “The fragile stability impacted to the balance of payments should prevent the trespassing on double digit inflation irrespective of the nature of the fund programme as long as there is discipline in the fiscal adjustment of long-term procurements for adjustable grants in rupee-dollar payments for the infrastructure of the development sectors. Is that clear?”
“Yes, thank you,” I said, settling the bar bill.
